Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our food & beverage brand. The role involves driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and boosting sales through both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the restaurant/brand
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events (seasonal menus, festive campaigns, collaborations)
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and create engaging content
Oversee digital marketing efforts including ads, SEO, and email campaigns
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitors in the F&B industry
Work closely with operations team to align marketing with menu launches and in-store promotions
Manage branding, visual identity, and ensure consistency across all channels
Collaborate with influencers, partners, and media for brand exposure
Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI
Manage marketing budget effectively

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B or hospitality
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
Creative mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills
Experience in campaign planning and execution
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus

Preferred Skills

Experience with restaurant marketing or multi-outlet brands
Familiarity with food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda) marketing tools
Basic photography or content creation skills
Data-driven and analytical thinking
