Our NCS Dojo team is recruiting to meet the learning needs of the organisation in Singapore and regionally.
As a Learning & Development (Dojo) Operations Executive, you will report to the Operations Manager (Dojo) and collaborate closely with the Dojo Programme Managers to support the seamless execution of learning operations. You will play a critical role in delivering a high-quality learning experience for course participants by managing logistics, providing onsite training support, handling procurement, and overseeing course registration and funding processes.
What will you do?
Onsite Training Support- Coordinate with facilities to ensure training rooms are fully set up accordingly daily, including AV equipment, room configuration, and signage.
- Oversee food and beverage arrangements for training sessions, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
- Greet participants, distribute materials, and provide responsive onsite assistance to support a smooth training experience.
- Prepare training materials in advance, accurately track attendance, and manage daily logistical operations.
- Ensure adequate supply of learning supplies used in the classroom
- Obtain approvals and issue purchase orders for the procurement of learning supplies
- Manage the registration and funding application process for Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) courses, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Liaise with funding agencies and internal stakeholders to track application progress and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- 1 to 5 years of working experience
- Experience in the IT and/or professional services industries is a plus.
- Experience in learning operations or training administration will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of WSQ funding processes is preferred.
- Meticulous and very organised
- Creative and a problem solver
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Service Oriented
- ITE or Poly Diploma holder
