Job Summary
We are seeking a Restaurant Waitress to provide warm, attentive, and professional service, ensuring guests enjoy a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities- Greet and attend to guests warmly and professionally to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Accurately take customer orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team
- Serve food and beverages following company standards to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area to support smooth operations
- Assist with managing reservations and responding to customer enquiries promptly
- Resolve service issues effectively to enhance guest satisfaction
- Support lunch, takeaway, and dinner service operations efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service flow throughout shifts
- Experience in restaurant service
- Pleasant personality and positive customer service attitude
- Clear communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with good discipline and grooming standards
- Willingness to learn and adhere to service standards
- Location: 25 Teo Hong Road
- Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
