Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant Waitress to provide warm, attentive, and professional service, ensuring guests enjoy a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

Greet and attend to guests warmly and professionally to create a welcoming atmosphere
Accurately take customer orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team
Serve food and beverages following company standards to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area to support smooth operations
Assist with managing reservations and responding to customer enquiries promptly
Resolve service issues effectively to enhance guest satisfaction
Support lunch, takeaway, and dinner service operations efficiently
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service flow throughout shifts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in restaurant service
Pleasant personality and positive customer service attitude
Clear communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
Team player with good discipline and grooming standards
Willingness to learn and adhere to service standards

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
