Oversee daily operations of the aesthetics retail outlet
Drive monthly store sales targets and revenue growth
Lead, train, and motivate beauty consultants / therapists
Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
Manage appointment scheduling and manpower planning
Monitor stock levels of skincare and retail products
Track KPIs and prepare sales performance reports
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

✅ Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty / retail operations
Strong sales performance track record
Leadership and team management experience
Customer-focused and results-driven
Good communication and interpersonal skills
