- Oversee daily operations of the aesthetics retail outlet
- Drive monthly store sales targets and revenue growth
- Lead, train, and motivate beauty consultants / therapists
- Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
- Manage appointment scheduling and manpower planning
- Monitor stock levels of skincare and retail products
- Track KPIs and prepare sales performance reports
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty / retail operations
- Strong sales performance track record
- Leadership and team management experience
- Customer-focused and results-driven
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
