Manage the trainers in the training unit

Assist in the curriculum development and instructional design of courseware
Project manage the outsourcing of courseware development and contextualisation projects
Perform quality assurance of curriculum and training delivery
Perform trainers’ development and management
Work with product developments and manage training delivery
Support corporate initiatives and/or bids

Requirements:

Degree in any discipline (Preferably Business / HR/ Finance)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in instructional design and/or curriculum development training and development, and preferably have experience in managing funding bodies (eg: SSG, IBF, e2i)
Possess WSQ DDDLP / WSQ DACE (mandatory requirements)
Strong in needs analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery skills
Experience with authoring tools and learning management systems
Mature, confident, positive mindset and excellent people skills to work with different cultures and all levels of staff and trainers
Self-starter with strong organization and influencing skills, able to work with limited guidance and resources
Passion for learning and willing to learn
Possess a strong passion in fostering a learning culture, developing talents, training tools, and technology
Good command of written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft PPT, Excel, Word, and data analytics skills
Strong adaptability in fast-paced environment
