Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and develop new business opportunities, focusing on project logistics (heavy machinery and oversized cargo)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and retention
- Actively pursue new customers and convert prospects into business opportunities with tailored logistics solutions
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth
- Participate in corporate sales strategy development and business planning initiatives
- Expand targeted customer base across relevant industries
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to support sales strategies
- Monitor industry trends in project logistics to identify new opportunities
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, RFQs, RFIs, and tender documents
- Develop competitive pricing structures based on customer requirements
- Promote company services to existing and potential clients
- Ensure prompt response to customer enquiries and maintain regular engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Manage overall account responsibilities, including client follow-ups and retention
- Follow up on invoicing, billing, and payment collections
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project logistics industry
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics or supply chain sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly results-driven and target-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
