About the role
As a Project Coordinator at YIMU CONSTRUCTION(S) PTE. LTD.', you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and adherence to deadlines.This full-time position is based in the Chinatown Central Region.
What you'll be doing- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders
- Identify and help resolve any issues or risks that may arise during the project, escalating to the Project Manager as needed
- Support the implementation of quality control measures and safety protocols on-site
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining project files
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in using project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Trello
- Familiarity with construction project processes, including design, procurement, and site management
- A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
