Clinic Manager (Derm)

Overview

This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and an outstanding patient experience.

Key responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant functioning
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinical and administrative workflows
• Coordinate scheduling for doctor and support staff
• Ensure clinic readiness at all times (rooms, equipment, consumables, licensing requirements)

• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of medical dermatology procedures, including:
• Understand procedural workflows, preparation requirements, treatment durations, and post-treatment care
• Work closely with doctors to ensure efficient patient flow and treatment execution
• Maintain a strong understanding of pricing structures for dermatology services
• Manage treatment menus, packages and price updates in alignment with clinic strategy
• Oversee billing accuracy, insurance claims (if applicable), and payment collection

• Ensure a high standard of patient service from enquiry to post-treatment follow-up
• Handle escalated patient feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally
• Oversee front desk operations, appointment bookings, and patient communications
• Oversee inventory management, including medications, consumables, and products
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements and PDPA standards

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in clinic operations, with at least 3 years in a private dermatology or aesthetic clinic setting
• Proven experience managing the full operations of a dermatology/aesthetic clinic
• Strong understanding of dermatology and aesthetic treatment workflows, pricing, and patient journey
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong service mindset with the ability to handle patients from all walks of life
• Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and compliance standards is highly preferred
