Chiropractic Clinic Manager

Job description:
- We are a Chiropractic clinic, looking for a friendly, mature and hardworking clinic manager who can oversee the daily operations of the clinic, balancing administrative efficiency with high-quality patient care to assist a doctor and patients in a chiropractic clinic. This is a full-time position and requires weekend (Saturday only) availability.
- ***At least 5 year experience in working in healthcare clinics is a must.
- Fluent English is a must.
Your duties include:
- Operations Management
- Financial Administration
- Managing staff (hiring, training & scheduling)
- Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty
- Answering phone calls & schedule patients’ appointments
- Managing patient flow and multi-tasking
- Following up with patients
- Assist the doctors in the day to day operation
- Basic clinic housekeeping
- Keeping the office clean & presentable at all times.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills required:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to speak & write in fluent English
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Computer Literacy is required
- Sales skill is preferred

Opening hours:
5 days work week, rest day on 1 week day & Sunday off
Mon: 9am-7.30pmTues: 9am - 6pm
Wed: Closed
Thurs: 9am - 7.30pm
Fri: 9am - 6pm
Sat: 9am - 1pm
Sun: Closed
