Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Senior Sales Executive to join our Semiconductor Division. The role focuses on second-source supply, repair services, and factory automation solutions for customers within the front-end wafer fabrication industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned targets
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales in line with company objectives
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and seminars when required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and business reviews
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the front-end semiconductor wafer fabrication industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service
