About Us
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to support revenue growth and drive business expansion for our Singapore branch. This role focuses on growing our customer base and introducing innovative textile and acoustic solutions to the market.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the General Manager and partners to achieve defined sales targets.
- Present textile finishes, curtains, and acoustic solutions to architects, interior designers, and developers.
- Lead and manage sales projects from initiation to final order delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide timely support in order processing, supplier coordination, inventory management, and customer follow-ups.
Requirements
Education- Diploma or equivalent.
- Additional qualifications in Business, Interior Design, or Marketing are an advantage.
- Previous sales experience in textiles or interior design is preferred.
- Familiarity with decorative fabrics and their applications is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in product presentations and client negotiations.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Skilled in handling orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth operations.
