Finance Executive (7-Month Contract)

Location: Chinatown

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm

Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and independent Finance Executive to support our finance operations on a 7-month contractual basis. This role is ideal for someone experienced in handling full sets of accounts, forecasting, and SAP, who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting duties, including journal entries, reporting, payment processing, and month-end schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Support the finance team in managing the full set of accounts
Perform data entry and journal entries for daily transactions
Handle general administrative tasks related to finance
Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) reports
Record incoming payments into the system
Generate Statements of Accounts (SOA)
Prepare monthly schedules (e.g., fixed assets, staff advances)
Issue credit and debit notes when necessary
Prepare credit limit application forms and new business partner creation forms
Compile monthly reports for management review
Assist in preparing financial forecasts

Job Requirements

Proven experience handling a full set of bookkeeping
Preferably with exposure to forecasting and budgeting
Familiarity with SAP
Independent, detail-oriented, and accurate in work
Able to start immediately
