Aesthetic Sales Representative | Hybrid | Up to $5500 + AWS + Comms

We are seeking a results-driven Aesthetic Sales Representative to manage and grow corporate accounts in the aesthetics and professional wellness industry. You will drive business growth by building strong relationships with clinics, spas, and other professional clients, while achieving sales targets and promoting advanced aesthetic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and develop new B2B clients (clinics, aesthetic centers, and wellness businesses)
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through excellent service and relationship management
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and professional consultations for corporate clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for training, marketing support, and after-sales service
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and claims for transport reimbursement

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $5,500/month
• 13th month Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)
• Commission
• Transport claims reimbursed (no fixed allowance)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in aesthetic sales
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a proven track record in meeting sales targets
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional office attendance for training and meetings
