Job Responsibilities

Manage all HR functions such as hiring, payroll, employee relations, training, and performance reviews.
Work closely with managers to plan staffing needs and develop talent.
Ensure HR policies follow local laws and regulations.
Support employee engagement and wellness activities.
Handle employee issues and disciplinary cases fairly.
Prepare HR reports to help with business decisions.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in managerial capacity.
In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and industrial relations practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with HR systems such as Timesoft would be an added advantage.
