We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to support our MD:

Job Description:

  • Scheduling of appointments and ensuring accurate calendar management for the MD
  • Providing administrative support to the MD
  • Preparation of meeting agendas and writing of meeting minutes
  • Assisting with various Marketing duties
  • Ensuring proper filing of all documents
  • Travel arrangements and hotel reservations
  • Managing the MD’s personal errands
  • Serving as the point of contact for communications and ensuring timely responses
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned by the MD

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Any prior Marketing experience would be advantageous
  • Keen sense of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Has a good eye for detail, is meticulous and organized
