[General Support Center] Senior Finance Manager - Geylang

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in the fast-growing gaming industry. This role will be responsible for overseeing accounting issues in relation to overseas companies to meet the Group standard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the gaming, tech, or entertainment sectors, with expertise in revenue recognition, monetization models, and global financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline and optimize internal financial accounting processes, enhance collaboration among internal finance teams, continuously improve financial accounting efficiency, and strengthen the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial accounting.
• Review business contracts, payment and reimbursement requests, manage contract and payment risks, and optimize processes as needed.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the business, provide financial risk advice and systematic solutions based on business needs, draft accounting policies, and establish various rules, regulations, and workflows.
• Stay familiar with current audit laws, tax laws, and other relevant financial regulations; ensure accurate internal and external financial reporting; guide staff in completing monthly closing, financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Organize training sessions to improve the comprehensive capabilities of accounting staff and build a high-efficiency accounting team.
• Complete other tasks along with the development of the group.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a senior finance leadership role in the internet/gaming industry;
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, AICPA) is required; prior experience in a Big Four accounting firm is a plus.
