Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, safety, reception, and well-being initiatives
- Manage vendors and suppliers, including ordering, invoicing, and payment coordination
- Handle procurement processes (e.g. PR/PO, goods receipt) via SAP/Coupa
- Support ordering of ingredients and office supplies
- Manage site calendar and bookings
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar environment (e.g. innovation center, academy, hospitality, or office operations)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience in office administration (facilities, safety, suppliers, reception, workplace initiatives)
- Proven ability to manage daily operations, budgets, and stakeholders
- Experience with SAP PR/PO processes is an advantage
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
- Strong digital and social media awareness (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
