Job Summary

Provide expert mortgage advice during estate planning consultations, collaborating with advisors to tailor mortgage solutions that meet clients’ financial needs while ensuring compliance and maintaining client relationships.

• Attend client consultations alongside Thereafter advisors during wills and estate planning meetings to integrate mortgage advice with estate planning
• Analyze clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products aligned with their estate planning goals
• Deliver clear, expert mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs and circumstances
• Coordinate communication and documentation with lenders and financial institutions to facilitate mortgage processes
• Ensure all mortgage advisory activities comply with relevant regulatory and professional standards
• Maintain accurate client records and conduct timely follow-ups to support client decision-making and satisfaction

• Several years of experience as a mortgage broker or mortgage consultant
• Professional and educational certifications in mortgage advisory or financial planning preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex mortgage concepts clearly to clients
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing, advisory role with self-motivation and professionalism
