Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Freelance Tender Documentation Executive to support our company in identifying, preparing, and submitting government tenders via the GeBIZ portal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant opportunities on GeBIZ
• Prepare and compile tender documents based on requirements
• Ensure all submissions are complete, accurate, and compliant
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for required information
• Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission
• Maintain proper documentation and records of submissions

Requirements:

• Prior experience using GeBIZ portal is mandatory
• Familiar with government tender processes in Singapore
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Freelance / part-time availability preferred

• Flexible (Hourly / Per tender basis)
