Receptionist/Wellness Therapist cum Dental Assistant

• Greeting and welcoming patients with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Managing the front desk, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries and processing payments
• Providing a range of dental assistant duties such as sterilising instruments, preparing treatment rooms and assisting dentists during procedures
• Performing basic wellness treatments such as to enhance the patient experience
• Contributing to a calm, hygienic and organised work environment
• Upholding the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to put patients at ease
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with close attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic dental assistant and wellness therapist duties
• A warm, empathetic and professional approach to patient care
• A genuine interest in the dental and healthcare industry
