About the role
MYKONOS MEDICAL PTE LTD is seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our practice in the Katong Central Region. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring our patients receive exceptional care.This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and patient-focused team.
What you'll be doing- Assisting dentists during various dental procedures, including teeth cleanings, fillings, and extractions
- Sterilising and maintaining dental equipment and instruments
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies
- Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient concerns
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar healthcare role
- Knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and sterilisation protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Proficiency in using dental software and electronic medical records
- A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor to provide exceptional patient care
