Digital Marketing Account Manager (Digital marketing agency, Immediate)

• Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring their digital marketing objectives are clearly understood and achieved.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and paid advertising across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. SEO, content, design, and development) to ensure effective execution and optimisation of campaigns.
• Liaise with external vendors, partners, and platforms to support campaign delivery and performance.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present marketing strategies, reports, and proposals to clients in a clear and structured manner.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client accounts through additional services where appropriate.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and developments in digital marketing to support continuous improvement.

• Relevant experience in account management, preferably within digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, paid advertising, and social media platforms.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Good organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
