Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing / Content Creator to grow our brand presence and drive online sales through engaging content and live streaming.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, understands social media trends, and is passionate about turning content into sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media Management

Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu
Plan, shoot, and edit short videos and product photos
Write engaging captions and promotional content to increase engagement
Manage daily posting and content calendar

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

Execute social media campaigns and online promotions
Monitor trends and propose viral content ideas
Support marketing initiatives such as giveaways and product launches

Live Streaming (Sales Support)

Assist and participate in Facebook Live / TikTok Live sessions
Support product presentation, script preparation, and live flow
Engage actively with viewers during live sessions
Help drive conversions during live sales

Performance Tracking

Monitor social media performance (views, engagement, sales conversion)
Provide insights and suggestions to improve campaign results
Prepare monthly performance reports

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related field
Experience in social media content creation or digital marketing preferred
Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu
Able to create basic videos using Canva / CapCut / Adobe tools
Comfortable speaking or appearing on camera during live streaming
Strong creativity, initiative, and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience in live selling / live streaming is a strong advantage
Knowledge of Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads / SEO is a plus
Experience in health, wellness, beauty or supplement industry is an advantage
