Key Account Manager (100% Account Servicing | Solar Energy | Renewable Sales) - Toa Payoh
- Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Commission + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, revenue analysis, expense tracking, and accurate sales forecasts for the management team
- Stay updated with emerging markets, industry trends, new products, and competitor activities
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, product, engineering) to align strategies and optimize customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations related to renewable energy sales
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of solar energy systems, financing options, and industry incentives
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients
