What You'll Be Doing:

As a Service Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating our field service engineers, managing service schedules, and supporting our sales and project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Coordination: Respond to all customer service requests in a timely and professional manner, troubleshooting issues where possible and assigning field service visits to our service engineers.
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management: Proactively plan and schedule preventive maintenance for our customers to ensure full compliance with their SLAs.
  • Sales & Project Support: Process sales orders for equipment and projects, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monthly Budget Achievement: Manage monthly budget billing and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and set up product demonstrations for customers.
  • Operations: Continuously seek opportunities to improve our operational processes, from service dispatch to project delivery.

Who We're Seeking:

  • Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication), Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experienced Professionals: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role preferaby within the security or ELV industry.
  • Aspiring Fresh Graduates: A strong passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about the electronic security industry are key. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship!
  • Essential Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Preferably a proactive and meticulous individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
