We're seeking a tech-savvy cloud loving person that has Cloud and IT (information technology) Service Management blood running in their veins.
As a Customer Success Manager where you will oversee end-to-end post-sales delivery and support orchestration-aligning the right resources at the right time to drive impactful customer outcomes and long-term success.
This role requires a deep understanding of the ANZ and Korea market, cultural nuances, consumerbehaviour, and digital trends.
What You'll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties):
Customer Relationship Management: Nurture, establish, and grow relationships with key customer stakeholders to support quality solution planning, seamless delivery execution, and governance. Manage customer engagement with a strong focus on understanding business priorities and aligning them with impactful outcomes.Develop and apply executive-level communication strategies to lead value-driven conversations.
Customer Strategy and Growth - Driving Business Alignment: Take ownership of customer relationships to identify business priorities and uncover opportunities that accelerate solution deployment and adoption. Partner with internal account teams to lead strategic conversations that align customer objectives with tailored technology initiatives.Collaborate with customers to co-design programs that enhance operational health and long-term success.
Delivery and Program Management: Orchestrate cross-functional delivery teams to ensure value realization and maintain strong operational performance. Guide customers in maximizing the benefits of their technology investments and ensure they effectively leverage support resources.Proactively identify and remove blockers while structuring actionable programs of work to achieve desired outcomes.
Solution Adoption and Consumption Leadership: Drive customer progress toward adoption milestones by aligning activities with their strategic goals. Monitor key metrics, address adoption gaps, and take initiative to increase usage and impact. Keep execution on track by resolving blockers and adapting plans to ensure continued momentum.
Qualifications:- Minimum 7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success roles within the tech industry. Strong preference for candidates with a solid understanding of Cloud Technologies, or relevant software experience.
- Business-level proficiency in English and Korean are required due to the need for regular communication with clients from ANZ and Korea. Must be an excellent communicator with a confident, executive presence-comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders such as CTOs and CEOs.
