Job Duties):- Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and establish relationships with key customer stakeholders across the business, including key business decision makers to enable quality solution planning, delivery execution and governance.

- Customer Strategy and Growth: Take ownership of customer relationships to identify business priorities and uncover opportunities that accelerate solution deployment and adoption.
Collaborate with customers to co-design programs that enhance operational health and long-term success.

- Delivery and Program Management: Oversee the orchestration of delivery resources to ensure operational excellence and value realization.
- Customer Success Leadership
- Consumption Leadership: Help customers to achieve their consumption milestones aligned with their priorities, track progress, resolve blockers, and keep activities on schedule.
Identify areas where adoption could be improved and takes action to drive usage.
Qualifications:- Minimum 7 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success roles within the tech industry.
Strong preference for candidates with a solid understanding of Cloud Technologies, or relevant software experience.
Skills:- Business-level Mandarin is required due to the need of regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
