Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily warehouse and store operations
• Manage inventory for mini store, including restocking and proper organization of items
• Monitor stock levels to ensure availability for operational needs
• Conduct weekly inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Assist in receiving, checking, and preparing parts for workshop usage
• Track and record daily delivery activities (e.g., trips, pallet movements)
• Handle daily receiving, unloading/loading, and unpacking of parts
• Perform parts inspection and report any discrepancies
• Carry out picking and packing for shipments and deliveries
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Parts Department
• Coordinate with Penjuru warehouse to resolve stock discrepancies
• Work closely with team members to support sales and operational targets
• Support supervisor in companies’ implementation for consignment inventory
• Ensure proper tracking and accountability of consignment goods
• Coordinate with consignors for regular inventory replenishment

Job Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in equivalent Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
• Familiarity with inventory systems and stock control processes (e.g., SAP is a plus)
• Able to handle warehouse operations (loading/unloading, packing)
