Customer Service Officer (Live Chat) - 12 Months Contract

Responsibilities
  • Attend to enquiries and requests via phone calls and live chats in a professional, accurate, and timely manner
  • Resolve customer and financial representative issues at first touchpoint with effective closure
  • Update complete and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
  • Ensure timely and effective follow-up as promised to customers/representatives
  • Assess appeals and provide recommendations to Managers/Head of Department
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives and projects as delegated by management
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree preferred; candidates without experience are welcome to apply
  • Prior Banking / Insurance background would be advantageous
  • Comfortable communicating with customers from all walks of life
  • Able to handle both phone conversations and live chat interactions with professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Singaporeans only
