Job role: Insurance Broker (Executive/ Senior Executive)

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
- Preparation and presentation of insurance proposals, quotations and renewals
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to deliver best solutions for clients
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure optimal overage and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients
- Foster a cohesive and collaborative team culture within the division as well as across the company
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in Corporate Insurance
- Analyze client needs and risk exposures specific to these industries and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all dealings with clients and insurers
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
- Enjoys working with people and building relationships with people
- Meticulous and mindful of deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in Corporate insurance with a minimum of 5 years in an insurance or broking firm or similar capacity
- A diploma / degree holder in any discipline and/or professional insurance qualifications, i.e. ACII, DGI or BCP, PGI, ComGI Certifications

- Good understanding and knowledge of local statutory insurance requirements
