Facilities Management Manager

Job Summary

The Facilities Manager oversees facility operations across all outlets, ensuring maintenance, supplies, vendors, and projects are managed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with operational requirements. The role provides leadership, manages vendors and budgets, and supports audits and business expansion.

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and supply needs across outlets.
• Source and review vendor quotations, contracts, and service works.
• Manage contractors and vendors to ensure service quality and cost control.
• Support new outlet openings, renovations, and operational projects.
• Ensure timely completion of works and proper documentation for payment and audits.
• Manage document storage and disposal activities.
• Provide facilities support for events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
• Lead and supervise facilities staff and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Track and report facilities performance and ongoing works.

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of facilities or operations experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Experience managing vendors, maintenance operations, and projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Certification in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance is an advantage.
