Job description
  • Scanning documents and records the scanned documents for bookkeeping purposes
  • Verify and record collections received from wholesale customers
  • Organize and maintain proper filing and documentation
  • Print airway bills for orders from various online marketplaces
  • Assist with packing orders for online marketplaces
  • Assist in printing sales invoices and key in purchase invoices
  • Receive incoming stock from suppliers and verify accuracy against purchase orders
  • Assist in checking stock prepared by the warehouse assistant for wholesale orders
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Director
  • Location: Joo Seng (10mins walk from Tai Seng Mrt)
  • Working hours:
Monday to Tuesday, Thursday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
Wednesday: 8am to 12pm

Saturday: 12pm to 4pm
