E-Commerce Executive / Senior Executive - Geylang
Objective of role:
The E-Commerce Executive / Senior Executive will be responsible for e-commerce account management and marketplace sales & operations, such as: online marketing, products assortment, promotions and campaign planning, customer service & build, manage and grow the brand’s presence online.
The eCommerce Executive / Senior Executive will also have the full responsibility for the P&L, commercial results, growth strategy, all technical aspects for the brand online globally (own-and-operated Ecommerce sites as well as Marketplaces) and all aspects of the business system.
Key accountability & Responsibility:
- Overall end-to-end responsibility for the P&L, commercial results, and growth strategy of the brand online globally (own-and-operated Ecommerce sites as well as Marketplaces).
- Ownership and management of the brand's identity online – including the management of product reviews, external content, and forums.
- Cooperate and support with both retail and merchandising team to facilitate O2O business model
- Technical responsibility for all own-and-operated Ecommerce sites as well as Marketplaces, including UX, features, payment modules, localization, partner integrations.
- Identifying and implementing new and innovative ways to optimize ROI/ROAS, including driving & optimizing traffic to the brand's websites and marketplaces as well as developing and improving traffic from the aforementioned channels.
- Maintain eCommerce sales reports on regular basis. Analyze traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders and prioritizing new customer acquisition at the lowest cost possible.
- Work in synergy with the rest of the team to identify new growth opportunities and ways in which to improve our online brand reputation and presence.
- Deliver best in class experience by creating engaging product pages that provide the customer with relevant information, advice and conversion opportunity.
Further responsibilities:
- Manage logistics – order processing.
- Maintain conversation with customer – sales enquiries, aftersales service via all channels (livechat, email, social platforms)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in direct eCommerce operations in Adult Apparel (Mens).
- Must have working knowledge of Ecommerce business model and Ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Qoo10 or similar).
- Independent, with an experienced ROI & data analytical mindset.
- Successful track record in Ecommerce from consumer brands or Ecommerce provider.
- Good understanding of UI, UX and web development. Although the candidate does not need to be a technician, the candidate will demonstrate the understanding and appreciate solving the critical issues in collaboration with agency partner and retailers.
- Experience with working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Entrepreneurial and have a passion for creating things from scratch.
- Proactive, relentless, reliable, and have a high sense of urgency which makes it easy for you to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Candidate with intensive experience will be considered as Senior Executive
