Leasing Executive / Senior Executive (WY)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Leasing Executive / Senior Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing leasing activities and ensuring optimal tenant mix in our properties. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet business objectives and deliver excellent tenant experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with desired tenant mix and market positioning
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including handling enquiries, conducting viewings, lease negotiations, documentation, and renewals
• Prepare leasing documentation and ensure proper lease administration
• Develop and update marketing materials, leasing circulars, and promotional content
• Stay abreast of retail and commercial property market trends to inform leasing strategies
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly leasing reports, and monitor financial performance
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to support promotional activities and strengthen tenant relationships
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant leasing experience, preferably in retail or commercial properties
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Independent, resourceful, and a strong team player
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within tight timelines
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with lease management systems is a plus
