Warehouse Supervisor (Full-Time) - Changi

Our client is seeking a hands-on and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth coordination of inventory, order fulfilment, and delivery activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.l

Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work Week | Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm | Alternate Saturdays when requiredThe Job:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities
• Ensure feet operational and delivery requirements timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
• Oversee loading and unloading activities, ensuring quantities and documentation are accurate
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock control and cycle counting processes
• Ensure all delivery documents are properly completed and endorsed by customers
• Enforce workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with operational procedures
• Guide, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational performance standards
• Investigate and report operational discrepancies, damages, or incidents promptly
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support smooth daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper housekeeping within the warehouse
• Support any other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned

The Talent:

• Pior experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations with supervisory responsibilities
• Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with drivers and stakeholders
• Computer literate and familiar with warehouse or inventory management systems
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage
• Forklift licence will be an added advantage
• Positive attitude, responsible, and a good team player
