Warehouse Supervisor (Full-Time)

Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory control, and timely delivery while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatch
2. Plan and allocate manpower to meet operational requirements
3. Ensure accuracy of orders and timely delivery of goods
4. Oversee loading and unloading activities, including quantity verification
5. Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control and cycle counts
6. Ensure all delivery documents are duly signed and endorsed by customers
7. Enforce workplace safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
8. Train and supervise warehouse staff to meet operational standards
9. Investigate and report discrepancies, damages, and incidents
10. Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations
11. Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned by the Company

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics supervisory experience preferred
2. Basic proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
3. Computer literate with knowledge of warehouse or inventory systems
4. Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
5. Possession of a valid forklift license is preferred
6. Physically fit and able to perform operational duties
7. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
