Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global Supply Chain Executive to support procurement planning, order tracking, overseas warehouse inventory management, and fulfillment operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring supply accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely delivery in a fast-growing international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Planning & Order Tracking

Assist in developing procurement plans based on sales forecasts and stock levels
Issue and track purchase orders with suppliers/factories to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain accurate order records and proactively follow up on delivery schedules and exceptions

Overseas Warehouse Inventory Management

Monitor stock levels across overseas warehouses to ensure supply readiness
Coordinate inbound shipments, stock transfers, and inventory reconciliation
Identify overstock/understock risks and support rebalancing strategies

Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination

Work closely with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order flow
Monitor shipment lead times, fulfillment accuracy, and delivery performance
Resolve fulfillment issues and improve logistics response time and reliability

Quality & Process Optimization

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to manage product quality and inspections
Identify inefficiencies across the supply chain and support process improvements
Help standardize and document supply chain workflows and operating procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain coordination
Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP/supply chain management systems
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
Experience working with overseas warehouses or international fulfillment is a plus

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with international shipping and import/export processes
Exposure to e-commerce or consumer product supply chains
Basic understanding of quality control procedures and inventory systems
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
