About the role

As a Supply Chain Executive at Emsil Technologies Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's procurement and inventory management processes. This full-time position is based in the Central Region, and you will be responsible for optimising the supply chain to support the company's manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Manage and streamline the procurement of raw materials, components, and other supplies to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
Maintain accurate inventory records and implement efficient stock control measures to minimise waste and maximise availability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules accordingly
Negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing, while maintaining strong relationships
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the supply chain
Prepare and analyse supply chain reports, providing insights to management
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimise processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in using supply chain management software and data analysis tools
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
