Staff Nurse (Endoscopy)

As a Staff Nurse (Endoscopy), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform scrub nursing duties and assist surgeons during surgical and endoscopic procedures.
• Prepare instruments and equipment, maintain accurate counts, and provide intraoperative support.
• Perform phlebotomy, IV cannulation, patient assessment, and vital signs monitoring.
• Operate, clean, disinfect, and maintain endoscopy equipment in accordance with infection control standards.
• Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and monitoring during procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Supervise and support junior nurses, including staff orientation and training.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and comply with MOH, SNB, and organisational policies.
• Participate in quality improvement, audits, incident reporting, and patient safety initiatives.
• Assist with inventory management, equipment maintenance, and other duties assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Min. Diploma in Nursing or equivalent field.
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration.
