Responsibilities

Provide holistic nursing care in accordance with patients’ needs, doctors’ orders, and nursing policies.
Administer medications, perform nursing procedures, and monitor patients’ conditions diligently.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, reports, and care plans.
Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
Supervise and guide new and junior nurses.
