Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for executing purchasing activities, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. Ideal for candidates with inventory management experience and strong IT skills.

Responsibilities

Purchasing

Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and product quality
Prepare and process purchase orders
Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and order status
Maintain accurate supplier data and purchasing records
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve delivery or quality issues

Inventory Management

Monitor and manage daily inventory levels
Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Update and maintain inventory records in the system
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team on stock movement and replenishment

Reporting& Administration

Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and inventory status
Analyse stock trends to support planning and forecasting
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in systems and spreadsheets
