Key Responsibilities

Assist and support overall Quality Management (QA & QC) initiatives across facilities management programs.
Monitor and perform QA/QC evaluations on contractors' works and services to maintain service delivery standards.
Conduct thorough site inspections and review technical documentation to prepare and submit detailed QA/QC audit reports.
Track, manage, and ensure the successful, timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Proactively identify and highlight major risks, red flags, and systemic issues to leadership.
Provide necessary support during external audits to maintain strict compliance with contract requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), or an equivalent field.
Fresh graduates possessing relevant qualifications are welcome and encouraged to apply.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Quality Management, Building, or Engineering is preferred.
Foundational familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and WSH practices.
