Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the company’s code of conduct, policies, procedures, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and contracts to align with legal and ethical standards.
- Ensure consistent adherence to all compliance-related policies and procedures.
- Review and monitor customer refund, exchange, and order processes for compliance.
- Track service requests and ensure timely and compliant resolution.
- Oversee compliance of customer documentation, pricing escalation, payment terms, and sales invoicing.
- Ensure staff provide accurate and compliant information regarding products, services, and pricing.
- Monitor handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests to ensure compliance.
- Escalate complex or non-compliant issues to the CEO and relevant department heads.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify compliance trends and issues.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance compliance effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and compliance-related transactions.
- Prepare and present compliance performance reports to the CEO, including recommended actions.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve staff compliance awareness and adherence.
- Ensure ongoing compliance training is provided, focusing on areas needing improvement.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide monthly risk management reports to the CEO and leadership team.
- Perform audits across store operations, warehouse, SPA, and office premises to ensure full compliance.
- Investigate compliance violations and employee grievances confidentially and take appropriate action.
- Serve as liaison for regulatory audits and manage information flow to regulators.
- Collaborate with legal, HR, and finance departments to ensure cohesive compliance efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO and shareholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar compliance role.
- Strong ability to handle challenging situations and speak up when necessary.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in conducting audits and risk assessments is an added advantage.
- Ability to lead training sessions and drive compliance initiatives.
