Assistant HR Manager / Senior HR Executive

The S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), a Graduate School of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, is a leading research and teaching institution in strategic and international affairs and policy-oriented think-tank in the Asia-Pacific region.

RSIS is seeking suitable candidate for the position of Assistant HR Manager / Senior HR Executive. The successful candidate will assist the Head, Human Resource in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, HR audits, and performance management.

Applicants should possess the following:

  • Recognized degree (preferably in HR) or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years’ HR generalist work experience
  • Well-versed with HR-related legislations
  • Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
