Job Description:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business goals.
  • Advise senior leadership on HR best practices, policies, and strategic initiatives.
  • Create and maintain a work environment that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and high performance.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job postings and interviews to hiring and onboarding.
  • Design and implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Develop and oversee talent retention programs and career development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies across all departments.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
  • Promote and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
  • Develop and manage performance evaluation systems that foster continuous improvement.
  • Identify training needs and create targeted learning and development programs.
  • Encourage and facilitate ongoing professional development and upskilling initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Benchmark compensation practices to maintain industry-leading compensation structures.
  • Ensure employee benefits programs align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of HR management systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Utilize HR analytics to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15 years of HR experience will be ideal.
  • Experience in industries like investment, software development, mining, or consultancy is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage diverse HR needs across multiple business units.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and digital HR tools.
