Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's overall business goals.
- Advise senior leadership on HR best practices, policies, and strategic initiatives.
- Create and maintain a work environment that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and high performance.
- Manage the recruitment process from job postings and interviews to hiring and onboarding.
- Design and implement effective workforce planning strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and oversee talent retention programs and career development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies across all departments.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
- Promote and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
- Develop and manage performance evaluation systems that foster continuous improvement.
- Identify training needs and create targeted learning and development programs.
- Encourage and facilitate ongoing professional development and upskilling initiatives.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Benchmark compensation practices to maintain industry-leading compensation structures.
- Ensure employee benefits programs align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of HR management systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Utilize HR analytics to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15 years of HR experience will be ideal.
- Experience in industries like investment, software development, mining, or consultancy is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage diverse HR needs across multiple business units.
- Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS) and digital HR tools.
