Accounts Receivable and Payable

  • Daily Bank Reconciliation
  • Manage petty cash and expenses claims
  • Generate GST reports and update Audit Schedules
  • Maintain accounting records and statutory submissions
  • Handle recruitment matters
  • Prepare and process Payrolls for all employees
  • Liaise with CPF Board, IRAS and MOM for employment matters
  • Organizing of company events
  • Any other Finance, HR Admin duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma and Accounting certificates
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing SME office
  • Sound accounting and HR software knowledge, MIM & InfoTech preferred
  • Availability on short notices preferred
