Business Development Manager - Woodlands
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and creating long-term value. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for developing strategic partnerhsip.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets to drive growth. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand their needs and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals to internal stakeholders and executives.
Experience: Proven experience in business development or a related role, with a track record of success in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Qualification and Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
Salary - $3000 to $3200 plus comm
