What You’ll Do
As our Technical Product Manager, you’ll bridge product strategy and hands-on implementation:
- Own the roadmap for internal systems and learning platform enhancements
- Identify operational bottlenecks and define scalable technical solutions
- Write clear product requirements, specifications, and workflows
- Build prototypes, internal tools, and integrations directly when needed
- Design and implement system integrations across LMS, CRM, payment systems, and third-party tools
- Develop automation workflows and AI-powered solutions to enhance productivity and learning
- Collaborate closely with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver production-ready systems
- Define success metrics and measure impact of new systems
- Maintain thorough documentation and knowledge transfer across teams
- Strong programming skills (backend or full-stack) with experience shipping production code
- Experience building web applications, APIs, and system integrations
- Comfortable across product discovery, technical design, and hands-on implementation
- Ability to translate business needs into working technical solutions
- Interest or experience in automation, AI, and productivity-enhancing tools
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or education platforms
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or modern web frameworks
- Experience integrating SaaS tools (CRM, payments, analytics, automation platforms)
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows with modern AI APIs
